Alto is looking for a project manager to join our growing team and support the many exciting projects within the Engineering department. This individual will manage multiple projects to ensure a successful and timely delivery. 

What you’ll do:

• Deliver tech feature releases and new products
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to final delivery and track the success rate in a quantifiable manner
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones and deliverables in a consistent cadence.
• Interact with multiple stakeholders to maintain alignment and expectations
• Roadmap tracking 
• Preparing reports for finance team
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. 

 

What you bring to the table:

• Understanding of product development life cycle
• High level understanding of software development
• Ability to collaborate with a wide range of team members and stakeholders
• Active listening skills and demonstration of servant leadership

Extra credit:

• 1-3 years of experience of agile project management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Scrum certified 
• Experience using Jira and Roadmaps
