What you'll do

• You play an active role in the global KNAUF IT transformation.
• You inspire, guide and develop a global IT team and take accountability to deliver and operate all IT products of our “Integration” product sub area.
• You understand the needs of our IT and business stakeholders and collaborate closely with diverse departments to validate business driven integration requirements.
• You develop, update, and prioritize the product area vision and roadmap, which includes shaping and managing all involved products to deliver and operate state of the art API driven integration scenarios.
• You strategically manage the respective IT budget, driving cost efficiencies and optimal resource allocation.
• You ensure the seamless operations of our IT products, including the support, enhancement and decommissioning of legacy integration platforms.
• You manage dependencies between the individual products - expected to encompass delivery, resource and financial responsibilities.

Who you are

• Multi-year experience in leading global IT delivery teams (20-30 members), providing clear direction, and fostering professional growth.
• Motivated by change and transformation, seeing it as an avenue for continuous learning and development.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to navigate complex challenges and resolve conflicts within a multicultural environment and between IT and business.
• Successfully led multiple complex IT projects and programs in multinational organizations using classic or agile delivery frameworks.
• Skilled in cloud based integration scenarios (ideally Mulesoft and SAP) and API driven integration strategies.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Master's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
