Hybrid: Estimator | Project Engineer

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and managing projects related to multi-family housing construction. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans and schedules
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
• Review and approve project designs and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating and project management
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
