What you need:

• C1-C2 English;
• At least 1-2 years of commercial experience in the same role is a must;
• Critical thinker and problem-solver;
• Team player;
• Skilled in time management;
• Having great interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent at organizing and multitasking;
• Having a proven ability to take responsibility.

What you will be doing:

• Take part in the new clients' integration;
• Report regularly;
• Maintain constant communication with support teams and the client;
• Make sure that support processes are built to an appropriate quality level;
• Train support teams and supervisors;
• Proactively mediate and resolve any client concerns etc.
• Monitor service quality;
• Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team;
• Take care of internal product documentation.
