Essential Functions
- Serves as the Property Manager for the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security (IEMA-OHS).
- Organizes and develops policy, goals, and objectives and evaluates the outputs of ongoing property tracking.
- Travels regularly to alternate IEMA-OHS facilities in performance of job duties.
- Directs and supervises staff and establishes performance goals and objectives.
- Oversees property assignments in conjunction with personnel actions.
- Completes special logistics-related projects assigned by Management Team.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Specialized Skills
- Requires two (2) years of experience in property management, emergency management, or a similar field.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, preferably with coursework in business or public administration.
- Requires two (2) years of responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization.
