Job Description

• Lead initiatives and work across teams to inform decisions related to prioritization, investment, and other ongoing business priorities, enabling insights and decision-making velocity in support of our transformation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive alignment and develop projects that scale at a global level, drive change, and achieve results.
• Facilitate continuous process improvement by analyzing related data and identifying and coordinating opportunities to improve business outcomes.
• Responsible for defining best practices for business process optimization, requirements definition, current and future state analysis and a business value case.
• Lead transformational initiatives as the business relationship manager working closely with the business owner and business systems team
• Recommend revisions to existing metrics and measurements, or drive development of new reporting tools as needed.
• Own tasks which are an urgent priority for Dynatrace’s success and then find the right home for them.
• Champion a culture of shared ownership, constant transformation, and urgency.
• Create leaders in everyone around you.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements 

• 7+ years of relevant functional experience in a SaaS business (corporate strategy, business operations, strategic finance, etc.)
• 5+ years championing organizational change (leading change to people, process, and technology transformation.)
• HS Diploma or GED required

Preferred Requirements 

• BA/BS or equivalent experience, Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset that embraces challenges, self-motivates, and works independently on tight timelines and changing teams.
• Ability to quickly parachute into any problem area, dig in, and fix it.
• Ability to connect the dots across teams, metrics, and initiatives.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to create structure and execution plans where there are none, while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deconstruct the most complex, messy problems into manageable pieces and generate actionable insights and execution plans.
• Experience working with BI tools such as PowerBI to build and/or monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and perform ad-hoc analysis.
• Demonstrated success defining and implementing new-state strategies and programs.
• Consistent track record of delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional projects and leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving senior-level cross-functional transformation planning and driving execution to plans.
• Ability to make/drive effective decisions with incomplete data.
• Ability to identify transformation and growth opportunities, turn ideas into action, and achieve targeted outcomes.
• Executive presence and excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, build rapport, and develop credibility as a strategic partner.
• Exude energy, focus, assertiveness, and diplomacy.
• Ability to break down silos.
• Be able to shift opinions using influence over positional power.
• Quick learner with ability to figure things out with minimal supervision and adjust to changing priorities on the fly.

Additional Information

DOE, salary $180K - $230K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
