Job Title: Housekeeper
Location: Santa Rosa Post Acute - 4650 Hoen Ave., Santa Rosa
Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule : Rotation 4 days on, 2 days off; 9:00am - 5:00pm

Starting pay : $19.00 hourly

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Santa Rosa Post Acute, a compassionate and professional skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and hallways according to established procedures.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, and remove trash and recyclables.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the supervisor.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and stored properly.
• Interact with residents in a respectful and compassionate manner.
• Perform other housekeeping-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred, ideally in a healthcare setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move light to moderate objects.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
