Position Title:             Data Analysis and Simulation Professional 1 

Salary:                        $ 96,013 - $ 111,200 / year 

Hours:                        Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week

Summary of Duties:  Automating and creating visualizations of key business metrics. Writing production code to produce data infrastructure and automation of tasks. Ongoing development of ad-hoc and production level analytics, providing insights from data. Communication and consultation with partners at all levels. Providing compelling, engaging, and persuasive fact-based arguments data. Setting clear priorities to optimally complete work tasks and allocate resources efficiently. Working in an agile framework and communicate progress as necessary. Less than 10 % domestic travel. Hybrid work permitted. Must report to Company's Malvern, PA office 1 days/ wk.

Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Will alternately accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. The position requires experience in the following: Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics tools such as Qlik, Business Objects, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience working with large scale RDBMS tools such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc. and demonstrated aptitude in advanced SQL Coding. Experience with Cloud based Data Warehousing platforms. Experience with applied analytics, with the ability to integrate a multitude of data sources and provide a detailed and insightful output. Knowledge of full suite of Microsoft Office tools. Proven ability to work cross functionally with stakeholders. Demonstrated knowledge of and familiarity with basic data warehousing principals and constructs.
