We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who’s energized by people, passionate about culture, and ready to help shape the employee experience across our growing network of practices. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, champion our values, and support the growth of teams through collaboration, respect, entrepreneurial thinking, and - of course - FUN!

What You'll Do

As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or HR generalist capacity.
• Proven experience supporting multi-site, field-based teams (veterinary or healthcare experience a plus).
• Ability to travel to our practice locations (~25%).
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for people and culture.
