Position Summary:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and enhance the event strategy for Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology. The Marketing Manager, Event Strategy will assist in driving the strategic formulation, project management, and execution of all US Commercial customer events and meetings. The role will oversee our content strategy and communications, ensuring a cohesive approach to enhance customer and employee engagement across Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and strategic plans.
  • Provide insights and support to senior leadership for congress activities, product launches, and engagement events, ensuring alignment with the broader goals.
  • Collaborate closely with functional areas, including Marketing, Therapy Advancement, Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D, to ensure integrated efforts across the organization.
  • Take ownership of the flawless execution of key employee and customer engagements, ensuring they align with business strategy and maximize the impact of investments.
  • Lead the coordination of field-level regional meetings and sponsorships, ensuring local execution of portfolio and program strategies.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key vendors, scientific societies, and professional groups, ensuring a streamlined and cohesive engagement experience.
  • Act as a valuable resource for team members interacting with these external groups, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate in the development of the creative and customer experience strategy for electrophysiology products and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing brand reputation.
  • Assist in management of P&L for US marketing programs, events, and engagements, ensuring financial accountability and the strategic allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
