The Head of Creative and Programming role involves partnering with company leaders to drive membership enrollments, curating member events, and participating in member selection.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Partner with other leaders on driving membership enrollments
• Curate member events and special programming
• Participate in member selection as a Membership Committee member
• Coordinate musical direction and programming inclusive of DJs. 
• Produce member’s pop-up events
• Liaise with members regularly 
• Consult on private socials for member’s club
• Responsible for the creation and curation of member’s newsletters
• Facilitate restaurant outreach
• Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in hospitality and/or equivalent combination of education and experience working in hospitality. 
• Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems, Oracle knowledge preferred
• 21+ years of age

• 5-25% Local Travel (United States) 
• May work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required
