Are you an experienced Microsoft Exchange Architect with a passion for designing, implementing, and managing robust email solutions? The Global Technology & Operations team is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in administering Microsoft Exchange in both cloud and on-premises environments. This is a key role that will involve strategic planning, architecture design, and hands-on implementation of our email infrastructure.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Elaborate the design and interfaces for specific components
Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context.
Drive important design decisions for development team.
Align development teams to a shared technical direction and partners with those teams in elaborating the Solution and its interfaces
Validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives
Establish critical NFRs at the solution level, participate in the definition of others.
Create and enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the system solution and explore alternatives
Develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business Features and Capabilities.
Work with portfolio stakeholders, Solution and Enterprise Architects, to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enablers
Participate in project planning, system and solution demos, retrospective workshops.
Understand technical characteristics of and assist with architectural integration of external components, systems, and platforms.
Architecture and Design:
Develop and implement comprehensive Microsoft Exchange architecture strategies that support business objectives and scalability.
Design Exchange environments that integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Office 365, and hybrid cloud solutions.
Administration and Maintenance:
Oversee the day-to-day administration of Exchange environments, including mailbox management, security configurations, and performance tuning.
Implement and manage disaster recovery and high availability solutions for Exchange.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure email systems are secure, compliant with relevant regulations, and adhere to best practices.
Implement and manage Exchange security features such as encryption, anti-spam, and data loss prevention (DLP).
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide expert-level support for complex issues related to Exchange.
Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve incidents and implement long-term solutions.
Documentation and Training:
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of Exchange architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Provide training and mentorship to junior administrators and support staff.
Required Experience:
Typically requires 5-8 years’ experience.
Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft -Exchange Server (2016/2019) and Exchange Online.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
Experience with web development, c#, MS Graph
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud solutions.
Strong knowledge of Active Direc
