Are you an experienced Microsoft Exchange Architect with a passion for designing, implementing, and managing robust email solutions? The Global Technology & Operations team is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in administering Microsoft Exchange in both cloud and on-premises environments. This is a key role that will involve strategic planning, architecture design, and hands-on implementation of our email infrastructure.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Elaborate the design and interfaces for specific components

• Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context.

• Drive important design decisions for development team.

• Align development teams to a shared technical direction and partners with those teams in elaborating the Solution and its interfaces

• Validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives

• Establish critical NFRs at the solution level, participate in the definition of others.

• Create and enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline

• Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the system solution and explore alternatives

• Develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business Features and Capabilities.

• Work with portfolio stakeholders, Solution and Enterprise Architects, to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enablers

• Participate in project planning, system and solution demos, retrospective workshops.

• Understand technical characteristics of and assist with architectural integration of external components, systems, and platforms.

• Architecture and Design:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Microsoft Exchange architecture strategies that support business objectives and scalability.

  • Design Exchange environments that integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Office 365, and hybrid cloud solutions.

• Administration and Maintenance:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of Exchange environments, including mailbox management, security configurations, and performance tuning.

  • Implement and manage disaster recovery and high availability solutions for Exchange.

• Security and Compliance:

  • Ensure email systems are secure, compliant with relevant regulations, and adhere to best practices.

  • Implement and manage Exchange security features such as encryption, anti-spam, and data loss prevention (DLP).

• Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Provide expert-level support for complex issues related to Exchange.

  • Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve incidents and implement long-term solutions.

• Documentation and Training:

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of Exchange architecture, configurations, and procedures.

  • Provide training and mentorship to junior administrators and support staff.

Required Experience:

• Typically requires 5-8 years’ experience.

• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft -Exchange Server (2016/2019) and Exchange Online.

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.

• Experience with web development, c#, MS Graph

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Active Direc
