Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Salesforce Technical Analyst with a strong focus on integration to join our dynamic team. As a Sr. Salesforce Technical Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce platform while ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce administration, along with expertise in integration methodologies and tools.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans based on business requirements and user stories.
- Create detailed and effective test cases that cover all aspects of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Identify, document and track gaps in workflows by closely working with Developers.
- Work towards automating repetitive and critical test scenarios to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that acceptance criteria is clearly communicated and documented.
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in our processes and procedures.
- Provide support to users of the Salesforce system, ensuring that they can effectively utilize the platform to achieve their goals.
- Work to enhance and streamline business processes, especially lead conversion and account management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce.com implementation.
- Should have knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud - Lead to Opportunity business process.
- Experience and working knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodology.
- Self motivated with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented, evolving work environment.
- Experience with 3rd party managed packages is a plus.
- Proficiency of Salesforce Architecture includes Custom Objects, Standard Objects, Fields, Layouts, Record Types, Reports and Dashboards
- Strong attention to data quality and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across many different operating teams.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position is $85,000-$95,000 annually.
