- Standardization: For new affiliate relationships or new investments, develop and maintain scalable data-delivery templates across public and private assets to improve consistency, accuracy and operational efficiency, and to enable automation where possible.
- Collaboration: Partner with Relationship Management, Client Service, Product, Investment, Operations, Data and Technology teams to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure affiliate requirements are met with consistently high-quality experience.
- Documentation: Maintain clear procedures, data definitions and process documentation to support repeatable delivery, auditability and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Management reporting: Support Relationship Managers with regular updates for strategic affiliates, senior management and other stakeholders, summarizing pipeline status, key risks/issues, and upcoming deliverables.
