Government Associate Client Executives are an elite group of sales professionals dedicated to maximizing sales opportunities and protecting revenue across our Government Risk and Fraud customer base. Government Associate Client Executives manage a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts within a specified territory and hold sole responsibility for training, upsell and renewal performance across the contractual lifecycle of the customer.
About the Role:
In this opportunity you will:
- Meet monthly sales targets and renewal attainment requirements
- Validate customer needs, shape product plans, and drive deals to close
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies
- Effectively forecast renewals and sales weekly while maintaining a clean SFDC pipeline
- Conduct demonstrations to introduce and position new products/solutions effectively
- Proactively monitor upcoming renewals and identify at-risk accounts (e.g., identifying key triggers for accounts, running analytics reports, following established mitigation plan, and driving success)
- Secure long-term revenue by targeting multi-year contract goals
- Leverage/complement digital tools to drive highly automated and scalable interactions to support stretched coverage (e.g., digital Quarterly Success Review, auto-renewal contracts, etc.)
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicate with and work with partners to resolve unique customer issues.
About You:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Well-developed sales process and negotiation aptitude
- A demonstrated ability to drive high customer contact volume
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High degree of professionalism, customer centricity, and flexibility
