Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medication and treatments
• Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey
• BLS required
• Flu shot recommended
• Previous experience in a long term healthcare setting
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
