Sales Manager Europe | Enterprise Software Solution B2B (all genders)

an experienced Sales Expert for selling our software solution to companies in the pharmaceutical and chemical process industries across Europe.

• Identify key customers (B2B) in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and generate their interest
  • 70% New Business
  • 30% Existing Customers 
• You engage in networking and sales by attending trade shows, conferences, and internal User Group Meetings, while also planning customer visits and on-site meetings with prospects.
• Develop a sales strategy for the European market
• Actively manage your own sales funnel to close deals and acquire new customers in the European region
• Receive support for cold calling from our team
• Initiate campaigns to be implemented by the marketing team using our automation tool
• Independently conduct negotiations and prepare contracts with the help of our sales assistants
• Travel is required as needed

• At least 4 years of experience selling complex SaaS/IT solutions to B2B clients and/or 4 years of sales experience in the chemical and/or pharmaceutical industry
• A passion for acquiring new customers and closing deals
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor
• Excellent listening and presentation abilities
• Fluent in English
