The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be a key financial partner to the Global Business Services (GBS) leadership team, driving financial strategy, performance management, and expense optimization across global operations, particularly within our Global Capability Centres (GCCs). As the Finance Business Partner for GBS, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Head of GBS and her leadership team, delivering insights that shape strategic decisions and promote financial stewardship.
You will lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and outlooks while overseeing major financial initiatives and supporting operational performance. Operating at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, you will collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, expert finance teams, and functional leaders to embed a culture of cost discipline, compliance, and value creation. This is a pivotal role with global impact, ensuring sustainable financial performance, supporting enterprise-wide goals, and influencing key investment and operational decisions.
