We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Salesforce Service Cloud transformation project, including integration with our Customer Data Hub (CDH). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce implementations, project management, and data integration.
Your role
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain clear communication channels with all parties involved.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce Service Cloud with CDH, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and best practices. Conduct regular reviews and audits.
- Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
Your skills and experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce implementations and data integration projects.
- Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
Skills: - Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud .
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Experience with other Salesforce products and integrations.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
