Job Description

Summary:

The Data Analytics and Insights Lead is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving analytics, and reporting related work across systems. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure high-quality, trusted insights that support operational efficiency, data governance, compliance, and decision-making. The position combines people and workstream management with advanced analytics, Power BI expertise, and the application of Agentic AI solutions to modernize reporting, automate insights, and scale data-driven outcomes through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage analytics, and reporting activities, ensuring effective execution and clear ownership across the workstream.

• Convert and modernize legacy reporting solutions to Power BI.

• Design, develop, and govern Power BI dashboards and semantic models to deliver actionable insights to business and operational stakeholders.

• Leverage Agentic AI solutions to automate data analysis, issue triage, and insight generation where applicable.

• Provide leadership oversight for ad hoc data extract and insight requests from supply chain and other business teams.

• Establish and maintain robust report documentation, standards, and best practices to support knowledge transfer, scalability, and continuity of operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or Data sciences

• 10 years of experience needed in Data Analytics and Insights

• Strong leadership experience in data analytics, insights delivery, and workstream management.

• Deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and enterprise reporting solutions.

• Working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and applied automation for analytics and data operations.

• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and SQL skills.

• Good experience in stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

•  Ability to manage multiple recurring and ad hoc priorities while driving modernization and efficiency.

• Experience in Documentation, standards, and knowledge transfer.

• Experience Cross-functional engagement.
