  • Develop and execute DevOps strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

Problem-Solving:

  • Analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex system issues quickly.
  • Prioritize tasks and resolve production bottlenecks effectively.

Change Management:

  • Proven ability to manage organizational change, implement DevOps methodologies, and drive cultural adoption.

What you'll bring:

Technical Skills

DevOps Tools & Automation:

  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, Bamboo).
  • Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Cloud Platforms:

  • In-depth knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience with serverless architecture, cloud-native applications, and cost optimization.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

  • Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools for scalable and consistent deployments.

Monitoring & Logging:

  • Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Datadog, or Splunk for system monitoring and performance optimization.

Scripting & Programming:

  • Strong skills in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, Go, or Node.js for troubleshooting and development.

Version Control:

  • Advanced understanding of Git workflows and version control best practices.

Security Practices:

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps principles.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and implementing secure pipelines.

Networking Fundamentals:

  • Strong understanding of DNS, firewalls, load balancers, and network security.
