Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Instrumentations Systems and Integration Engineers - Phantom Works.
Position Responsibilities:
Applies knowledge of aerospace components, systems, and related test equipment, facilities, processes and methods including: Analyze engineering designs to define testing requirements; Prepare test plans, schedules and documentation
Design, develop and safely operate test facilities and instrumentation systems
Conduct component, sub-system, system and system-of-systems tests
Prepare analyze, and report test results to verify and validate design and performance to meet government, regulatory, customer and program compliance requirements
Conduct aerospace research and preliminary design; develop and transition test technology
Perform metrology services (calibration, certification & maintenance) on all related instruments and equipment
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
1+ years of experience designing special test equipment for flight programs and supporting proposals
3+ years of experience with precision test and measurement devices
3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or something similar
3+ years of experience with flight test, flight operations, or system test

Shift:
This position is for 1st shift; however, variable shifts including, day, evening, nights and weekends may be required to support program objectives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $79,900 – $108,100
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $95,200 – $128,800
