Role:
The Revenue Enablement Leader will play a crucial role in building and leading our Enablement department from the ground up to support our explosive growth. This position will be a key member of the Pinecone GTM leadership team and responsible for supporting and enhancing our global GTM organization. As the Revenue Enablement Leader, you will develop and oversee the enablement strategy for the Revenue Organization, ensuring that our training (onboarding and ongoing) programs align with business priorities, drive consistent results across the organization and are set up for success at scale. The role requires direct engagement and partnership with various teams across the business, specifically Sales, Product and Marketing, accomplish these goals. You will lead the development and delivery of programs and curriculum that equip sales and customer-facing professionals with the necessary skills, processes, and behaviors to optimize every interaction with buyers. This includes establishing onboarding and sales training programs and formalizing a sales enablement framework, as well as developing on going certification and skill auditing processes.
Responsibilities:
- DBuild an Enablement function, and a team of passionate and talented professionals aimed at supporting and executing against the overall Enablement strategy
- Design, implement, and manage a Revenue Onboarding Program to efficiently and effectively ramp new hires
- Partner with Revenue Leadership to identify productivity gaps & prioritize work on key initiatives across the revemie teams
- Establish benchmarks against key skills & initiatives across the organization and build scalable solutions to impact these KPIs
- Partner with Product and Marketing to equip the GTM team with the most up-to-date product offerings and world-class resources such as battle cards, playbooks, and sales collateral
- Create and manage vendor relationships for productivity tools and trainings that lift Revenue team efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with Sales leaders, Solutions leaders, Success leaders, and marketing cross-functional partners to help grow, scale, and run the business more efficiently and effectively
- Align with key stakeholders to develop and facilitate annual and regional meetings and kickoff events

- Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environments
- Deep understanding of enablement best practices, SaaS business model, software sales cycles, sales processes, and sales methodologies/messaging
- Experience with enablement and sales tools including Salesforce, sales productivity tools, content and learning management systems
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to speak in front of senior audiences as well as write clearly, concisely, and compellingly
- Ability to independently manage ambiguity and work collaboratively to drive outcomes and meet deadlines.
- Work with multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment across a diverse group of stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to prioritize work effectively and an aptitude for problem-solving with a proven track record of creativity and innovation
- Strategic thinker that can see the big picture, innovate, and adapt to change
