A Day in the Life

Join one of our most innovative and fastest-growing Operating Units – Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST). We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Web Specialist to help shape the digital experience for CST. This role goes beyond webpage development – you’ll be a strategic partner in building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performing web properties that support our brand, product, education, and clinical teams. 
 
You’ll collaborate with marketers, content strategists, product experts, and designers to deliver engaging, accessible, and conversion-driven experiences. You’ll also bring a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of UX best practices, and information architecture. Every day, you’ll work to bring the story and brand of CST to life through our web properties. 

 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of CST webpages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring performance, accessibility, and brand alignment 

  • Provide expert recommendations on web strategy, user experience (UX), and content architecture to optimize user journeys and drive engagement 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and test new pages, troubleshoot issues, and manage the full lifecycle of web properties and digital assets. 

  • Monitor site performance using Adobe Analytics; identify opportunities and make optimization recommendations of web properties and digital assets 

  • Support graphic design needs for web and digital campaigns as needed 

  • Ensure quality assurance across all digital touchpoints, including link integrity, asset expiration and metadata accuracy 

  • Contribute to the digital asset management (DAM) workflows and assist in asset creation and tagging when needed 

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-years experience in web development, computer science, digital media, or a related field – or advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience  

Nice to Haves  

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and web performance monitoring tools 

  • Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or other similarly regulated industry 

  • Familiarity with SEO, accessibility standards (WCAG), and structured content models 

  • Passion for innovation and a desire to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
