This is a remote position.
Bring your creativity and strategic thinking to create impactful learning experience for our global retail teams. This project is perfect for students who love creating engaging content and want to gain real world experience in the Retail industry from leading organization in the GCC and Asia market. You will also gain exposure to the workings of HR and L&D teams and opportunities to work alongside and learn from Subject Matter experts.Key Responsibilities:
- Design multi-media learning content (presentations, videos, infographics).
- Shoot and edit learning videos with subject matter experts.
- Research industry best practices in retail learning.
Requirements
- Strong passion and creativity for content creation, with an eye for compelling visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools).
- Excellent sense of visual aesthetics, including design principles like layout, and color.
- Note: Preferred candidates only on Dependent Visa.
