This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while understanding the </span>business processes<span> behind them.</span> </span><br/> </p><p><span><span>You will work closely with </span>engineers, Enterprise Architects, product owners, and business stakeholders<span> to create robust, resilient, and future-ready integration solutions that support our </span>digital transformation journey<span>. This is a senior, hands-on role where you will </span>contribute to architecture discussions, mentor peers, drive technical ownership<span>, and help </span><span>establish</span><span> </span>best practices<span> for integrations as we scale.</span> </span><br/> </p><p><b><span>What you<span> </span>will do:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Design and develop </span>integrations<span> using </span>Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, API Management<span>, and </span>REST APIs<span> following best practices for scalability, resilience, and security.</span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Implement </span>event-driven and messaging-based patterns<span> (pub/sub, queues, distributed events) to build reliable distributed systems.</span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Drive </span>integration architecture<span>, </span><span>establish</span><span> </span>patterns and guidelines<span>, and influence the long-term </span>Azure integration roadmap<span>.</span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborate with </span>Enterprise Architects<span> and external partners to align solutions with organizational standards and strengthen internal ownership.</span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Take end-to-end ownership of integration tasks, ensuring clarity, progress, and alignment with business needs.</span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Translate complex </span>business processes<span> into maintainable, resilient technical solutions, emphasizing </span>idempotency, error handling, retries, and observability<span>.</span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Establish and </span><span>maintain</span><span> </span>coding standards, reusable patterns<span>, and </span>CI/CD pipelines<span> with </span>Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Git<span>.</span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, define </span><span>integration contracts and data flows, develop maintainability plans, and communicate proactively while balancing technical and business needs.</span> </span><br/> </p></li></ul><p><b><span><span>What </span><span>we are looking for:</span></span></b><br/> </p><p><b><span><span>Technical Skills</span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Deep </span><span>understanding of core integration concepts and strong experience with </span>Azure Integration Services<span> (Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus</span><span>, API Management).</span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Solid understanding of </span>cloud-native architectures<span>, </span>distributed systems<span>, and </span>event-driven design patterns<span>.</span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable integration patterns that are resilient, fault-tolerant, and idempotent.</span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience with </span>.NET (C#),<span> </span>Azure DevOps<span>, Git,
