Senior Sales Engineer (Photovoltaics)

<p>ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of Ledvance, a global leader in advanced lighting solutions, providing cutting-edge LED lamps, smart home products, and tailored lighting solutions for commercial and industrial environments, is in search of a Senior Sales Engineer.</p><p></p><p>📌 Location: Athens, Greece</p><p>📍 Working Model: On-site</p><p>🖋️You will be reporting to: CEO</p><p></p><ul> <li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the trade channel and direct project sector.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with distributors, EPC contractors, and project developers.</li> <li>Generate sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals for PV solar products and solutions.</li> <li>Support tendering and bidding processes for solar projects.</li> <li>Manage and grow relationships with key trade partners and project stakeholders.</li> <li>Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the PV industry.</li> <li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for trade and project channels.</li> <li>Work with the technical central European team to ensure product solutions meet project requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, logistics and project team, to meet client needs.</li> <li>Maintain customer account receivables in cooperation with credit control. </li> <li>Customer technical support (pre-sales and after-sales) in daily business and projects, working together with the project team and customer service.
