Production Planner

Atlas Structural Systems is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada and the US. Our integrated roof, wall, and floor systems offer proven quality and provide a great deal of benefit and value.

• Work alongside the Production Manager to increase efficiencies.
• Plan and prioritize jobs for the team.
• Promote safety culture and ensure all company policies are being followed.
• Assist on maintaining consistent daily production output regardless of complexities of individual projects.
• Manage and maintain training materials and employee documents.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires. 

• 2 years of production administrative experience is considered an asset.
• Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.
• High attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivates others through their positive attitude to always be improving.
• Demonstrates the drive and commitment needed to reach goals.
