About the Role

GlossGenius has been empowering independent entrepreneurs in the beauty, health and wellness space to follow their dreams and successfully grow their businesses. As an AI-first company, we're redefining what's possible for small to large business owners by solving complex problems through innovative technology that puts intelligence at the center of everything we build.

As we continue to scale, we're strengthening our Product Team to accelerate growth and optimize the customer journey. As a Product Manager on the Growth Team, you will drive funnel optimization and conversion across the entire customer lifecycle—from acquisition to activation to retention. You'll identify friction points, run high-velocity experiments, and build intelligent experiences that help more professionals discover, adopt, and find value in GlossGenius.

You will think creatively about how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to personalize experiences, predict user behavior, and optimize conversion at scale. You will define product priorities and partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional stakeholders to build data-driven solutions that accelerate growth and deepen customer engagement.

You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

What You’ll Do

  • Own and prioritize the growth roadmap, balancing quick wins with longer-term bets, and focusing relentlessly on metrics that drive business impact.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution for growth initiatives—from hypothesis to experiment to scaled solution—optimizing conversion funnels and customer journey touchpoints with urgency and precision.
  • Move fast and experiment. Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and experiments at high velocity to continuously improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Think creatively about growth problems and explore innovative approaches, including AI-powered personalization, predictive modeling, and intelligent onboarding flows that adapt to user behavior.
  • Deeply understand the customer journey—from first touch to long-term retention—identifying drop-off points, friction, and opportunities to drive activation and expansion.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales to build seamless, conversion-optimized experiences.
  • Set ambitious growth goals and define clear success metrics. Obsess over data, analyze experiment results, and iterate rapidly to maximize impact.
  • Own the narrative. Communicate growth insights, experiment learnings, and strategic priorities with clarity—from leadership to cross-functional partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth, experimentation, or funnel optimization roles within SaaS or startup environments
  • Strong ownership mindset – you take full accountability for outcomes, drive projects forward with minimal oversight, and proactively solve problems before they become blockers
  • Creative problem solver who thinks beyond conventional solutions and explores innovative approaches to growth challenges
  • Curious and AI-forward – actively explores how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to personalize experiences, predict behavior, and optimize conversion; stays informed on industry trends and experiments with new tools
  • Impact-oriented with execution rigor – focused on delivering meaningful business outcomes while maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail throughout the experimentation and product development process
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills – comfortable diving into funnels, cohort analysis, and experiment results; able to translate data insights into actionable product decisions
  • Experience running high-velocity experimentation programs – demonstrated ability to design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and optimize based on results
  • Solid growth intuition with deep understanding of conversion principles – knows what drives user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansi
