Who we are:
We are the Public Cloud Team operating under the Enterprise Architecture and Systems Enablement organization. Our primary mission is to monitor resource utilization across Azure, AWS, and on-prem infrastructure, and to provide actionable recommendations to application teams for optimizing resource usage and reducing infrastructure costs.
In addition to monitoring, we actively support and track application migrations from on-prem to cloud environments—including Public Cloud and Flex Cloud—through tools such as ADO onboarding, LogicApps, and Playbook management. We also oversee the progress of applications targeted for Public Cloud Migration, Data Center Exit, and footprint reduction programs, offering visibility into server-level costs (licensing, support) and optimization opportunities for on-prem infrastructure3.
Furthermore, we are developing a tool that delivers an end-to-end view of business flows, encompassing the health and performance of all systems involved in a customer journey. This tool enhances visibility across interconnected systems, enabling improved user experience and operational decision-making by correlating system performance with business impact.
