Scope of work

Provides administrative support for a Managerial level position through the appropriate use of software/other tools and performs and coordinates a variety of projects. Greets and communicates in a manner consistent with caring and respect and follows established policies for confidentiality. Answers telephone, takes messages, welcomes visitors and provides/relays information in a manner consistent with hospitality standards. Performs/coordinates basic office duties such as sorting/distributing mail, copying, filing, faxing, completing forms, and ordering/maintaining equipment/supplies.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent office administration or secretarial science experience Required
• 2 years of relevant secretarial or administrative support, clerical, project management, public education, or program planning and implementation Required
