Position Overview:
Responsible for business services sales including voice, video and data to small and medium-sized businesses, bulk-priced residential services to multi-dwelling units, condos, institutions, and the hospitality industry, and fiber/advanced services to enterprise customers. This role is responsible for working with the Senior Director and Vice President of Business Sales Division in overall revenue acquisition by regional sales teams.

Position Responsibilities:
- Achieve business sales goals by working with Mediacom Business leadership, Sales Managers, Premiere Communities Account Managers, as well as Account Executives.
- Monitor sales activity through Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Sales Management software and CSG statistical analysis and field visits to proactively make recommendations to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Facilitates the development of effective training programs to meet objectives
- Maintains and shares the appropriate reporting to manage the business, meet objectives and maximize efficiency.
- Work with Sales Management team to interview, hire, train, and coach assigned Account Executives as needed to attain budgeted sales activity.
- Provides follow-up for any audit discrepancies found by internal or external auditors and makes sure that correct policies and procedures are being followed throughout the sales process.
- Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing, communications or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in Telecommunications, business-to-business sales, or sales management required.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience required.
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to travel throughout the markets a minimum of 50% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
