About the role
<h2><b><span>Senior Customer Service Coordinator (m/w/d)</span> </b></h2><p>Malvern Panalytical is the world's leading provider of laboratory and process measurement technology. Our instruments are used in quality control, process control and R&D for structural, elemental and physical analysis. The areas of application range from building materials and metals to pharmaceutical and biotechnological products and nanomaterials. The customer base in the field of R&D mainly includes users from the academic environment (chemistry, biology, geology, mineralogy, crystallography, physics, materials science, materials development) and the high-tech industry (pharmaceuticals, life science, steel, cement, petrochemicals, semiconductors, solar).</p><p>In your new role, you will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by receiving orders from our customers and processing them commercially.
