Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions, ensuring the platform aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.What will your job entail?
Responsibilities:
Solution Design:
- Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing systems.
Platform Configuration:
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to optimize functionality and meet organizational needs.
- Implement best practices for system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to ServiceNow development and administration teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging ServiceNow trends, features, and functionalities.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Governance and Best Practices:
- Establish and enforce governance and best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
- ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) is highly desirable.
- Modules: ITSM (must have), ITOM (must have), ITAM (nice to have), SecOps (nice to have), and HRIS (nice to have)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
