Cybersecurity Test and Evaluation Specialist

Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for Qualified personnel to support the DISA Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract - Cybersecurity Test and Evaluation Specialist.

Background:

1. DISA's mission is to conduct DODIN operations for the joint warfighter to enable lethality across all warfighting domains in defense of our Nation. DISA is a combat support agency of the Department of Defense (DoD). The agency is composed of more than 8,000 military and civilian employees. The agency provides, operates, and assures command and control and information-sharing capabilities and a globally accessible enterprise information infrastructure in direct support to joint warfighters, national level leaders, and other mission and coalition partners across the full spectrum of military operations.
2. Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract provides technical solutions for the DOD in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services. JITC's service requirements are categorized in the following areas: T&E Performance Requirements, T&E Capability Management Requirements, T&E Capability Requirements, and Overarching Contract and Task Order (TO) Requirements. TEC Services are provided to DoD Combatant Commanders/Services/Agencies, federal and state agencies, coalition partners, and commercial entities to aid in the design, development, acquisition, integration, deployment, operational use, and sustainment of new and enhanced Information Technology/National Security System capabilities.

Qualifications:

Must coincide with DoD 8570.01M IAT/IAM/IASAE and the Contractor must comply with the associated qualification and certification requirements as specified by individual Task Orders. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of systems administration concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to department management or executive. May provide consultation on complex projects and be a top-level contributor/specialist in the department. Must be an expert at problem solving, identifying risk, and communicating results and recommendations to department management.

Requirements:

1. TOP SECRET clearance is required.
2. Requires a master's degree; or a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; or an Associate's and at least 6 years of experience. One year of experience can be substituted by 15 semester hours completed towards a bachelor's or master's degree. Additional certifications (other than those required for the position) in the area of specialization may be substituted for experience but varies by certification.

Support Hours: The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 0700-1630 on Monday through Friday except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings.

Place of Performance: Fort Meade, MD.

Travel: Contractor site with 0%-10% travel possible.
