About the role

Job Overview:


Responsible for the growth of HOC Navigators programs, strategic business development with referral partners and payers to strengthen marketshare, internal and external professional relationships, sales, marketing, advertising, and intake and admissions. Manages HOC Navigators brand and serves as the primary brand ambassador. Oversees volunteer program and integrative services.


Job Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration or business, marketing, public health or other related field

Data-driven 

Ability to analyze 

Interpret and act on data 

Proficient with Microsoft Office software

7-10 years experience Progressive Leadership 


Job Responsibilities:


Growth- Achieves and exceeds program volume and revenue goals.

Sales & Account Management- Provides leadership to Professional Services Manager; Assists with management of key accounts including health systems and hospitals; Works collaboratively with operations management to meet or exceed customer expectations; Dev

Access- Provides leadership to Navigation Center Manager; Sees intake and admission functions as the front door to HOC Navigators programs and services; Ensures one-stop access to all HOC Navigator programs, and timely, highly responsive and excellent cus

Strategic Business Development- Leads relationship development with key internal and external stakeholders and referral partners; Oversees analysis of market data and presents ad-hoc and recurring reports for use as input to strategic business decisions;

Marketing, Advertising, External Communication- Oversees HOC Navigators brand, marketing plans, website, social media sites, and advertising

Volunteers & Integrative Services- Provides leadership to volunteer & integrative services manager; Ensures robust, innovative, differentiating volunteer and integrative services programs.

Conduct department huddles. Generally, clinical departments hold daily huddles, non-clinical hold weekly huddles. 

Regularly Round on Team Members, using questions from the rounding log. 

- 25 or fewer team members = monthly 

- 26-50 team members = every other month 

- 51+ (and optional team members) = quarterly 


Lead monthly team meetings using meeting agenda template; review stoplight report; cascade key leadership messages.
