AI Data Operations Associate

As a AI Data Operations Associate at Kikoff, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join our small, dynamic team within a fast-growing startup. You will play a key role in sorting and interpreting data to help our product teams identify challenges, set actionable goals, and create value for our customers. This is a highly focused role, where you’ll have the chance to collaborate with the product operations team to uncover data-driven opportunities and help drive continuous improvements.

You will be expected to be in-office at our San Francisco office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manually sort, categorize, and analyze data to support our AI products & services

• Display sensitivity and attention to accuracy when working with sensitive data

• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and team members

• Own and manage self-directed workstreams, demonstrating initiative and accountability

Expertise and Experience Required:

• 0-1 years of experience in data analysis work, tech, or any fast-paced startup environment

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with data tagging and analysis in an professional or academic setting (preferred)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in San Francisco, CA.
