BASIC FUNCTION:  

The Senior HRIS Analyst (Project Manager) will ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses a strong technical acumen combined with a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.

NATURE AND SCOPE:        

The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining HCM reports and dashboards in Workday as well as collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR leadership, to implement system enhancements, streamline processes, and improve the overall efficiency of our HR operations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Development and maintenance of advanced reports and integrations.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to implement system enhancements that improve HR processes and streamline workflows.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on HRIS capabilities, ensuring the system meets the needs of HR and the broader organization.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting regular audits and data validation.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and monitor key HR trends.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate data effectively to stakeholders.
  • Provide end-user support and training on HRIS functionality.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to Workday.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:           

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workday.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency with report writing and dashboards in Workday.
  • Proficiency in relevant Workday modules like Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, and Time Tracking.
  • Demonstrated experience in system configuration and troubleshooting.

Compliance Salary Range Disclosure

Expected Salary Range: $109,090 - $120,000
