Counter Unmanned Systems (C-UXS) Technical Analyst

The Counter Unmanned Systems (C-UXS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide technical support services to the office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations / Low Intensity Conflict (ASD SOLIC).

The mission of the Office of the ASD SOLIC is to conduct oversight of all Department of Defense (DoD) policies and plans related to special operations, with special emphasis on counterterrorism, information operations, irregular warfare, sensitive special operations, counter unmanned systems and other activities as specified by the Secretary of Defense.

The C-UXS SME will assess the political and institutional environment in which decisions are made and implemented and determine policy issues, risks, and mitigation strategies related to C-UXS operations, policies, and oversight.

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Minimum of 3 Years Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Service-level or Combatant Command Headquarters Experience
• Experience with C-UXS 
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Top Secret / SCI Clearance
• 5 Years Special Operations Experience
• Experience with Technical Analysis

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 5 Years Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Service-level or Combatant Command Headquarters Experience
