General Manager

Join a rapidly growing franchise group as General Manager of our North Aurora Jet's Pizza!

We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager with experience running a fast paced kitchen environment. Pizza experience is not required. This position requires a 4-6 week paid training course in Detroit, Michigan at Jet's Pizza Corporate HQ.

General Manager $22/hr-$28/hr 

• 40-50 hr week on average based on business need and staff availability.
• Discretionary profit share bonuses for Managers in good standing, hitting KPIs
• 40 hrs PTO accrued per year. 8 additional hours per year, up to 80 hrs.

Responsibilities:  

• Scheduling management 
• 25% weekly labor
• +80% on time delivery 
• >45 min avg delivery times 
• Last line of defense against call outs 
• WhatsApp administration for staff coordination and shift changes
• Food Inventory management - >30% food costs 
• Pepsi order management
• Interview and hiring via TalentReef
• Payroll entry
• New hire onboarding 
• Enforcing proper maintenance and cleaning of all equipment and store 
• Advanced knowledge of POS
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems
• Advanced understanding of Ticket sources
• Workforce management
• Training
