HQ - IT Engineer (EMEA Remote)

Responsabilities

• Onboarding and Offboarding of Employees: Image and allocate laptops
• Securing endpoints and data
• Support of internet connectivity and printing solutions
• Track and update hardware in the management tool
• Work with Global EIT team
• Travel between sites to provide support where needed
• Receive user requests and track tickets from the opening of the incident to resolution and closure
• Record reported incidents or operating anomalies
• Process requests according to their importance, complexity and urgency
• Assist users, if necessary, using remote support tools

Must Haves

• 2nd line support experience and system administration experience.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and related applications
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and MDM solutions
• Familiarity with common office software and productivity tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Problem-solving skills to address a wide range of IT problems.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with end-users.
• Efficient time management to prioritize and address multiple support requests.
• Fluent Swedish and English
