The opportunity

For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a Production Development Specialist, who will focus on designing, developing and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods.

How you'll make an impact

• Design arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout;
• Design the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions;
• Conduct tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems;
• Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques;
• Ensure that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
• Implement, analyze, and develop methods and technology for next step of smart manufacturing;
• Work close with production management to develop and maintain our production lines in world class;
• Drive the implementation of smart technology. Lead the next step of digitalization and automation of our manufacturing process.

Your background

• Degree in Mechanical /Electrical / Industrial Engineering;
• >1 year of experience;
• Good knowledge of Italian and English language (B2-C1);
• Knowledge of 3D modelling tools is a plus;
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills are required.
