Key Responsibilities & Areas of Influence:

Onboarding Champion
Lead the charge in welcoming new staff! Facilitate a smooth, confident start by ensuring every step of the onboarding process is clear, supportive, and effective—building trust and readiness from the very first day.

Retraining Strategist
Keep the standard high! Proactively identify training gaps and coordinate engaging retraining sessions that re-center expectations, elevate professional growth, and boost overall staff performance.

Real-Time Coaching Powerhouse
Be boots-on-the-ground! Deliver immediate, in-the-moment coaching that helps staff make sharper decisions, de-escalate effectively, and connect with students in real and lasting ways.

Behavioral Support Expert
When tensions rise, you're the calm in the storm. Provide expert behavioral guidance during high-stress moments, supporting staff in crisis or escalation situations with steady hands and sharp insight.

Behavioral Skills Training (BST) Leader
Own and enhance our BST model! Lead sessions that include explanation, modeling, rehearsal, and feedback. Consistently update content to reflect best practices and evolving student needs.

Fidelity & Quality Guardian
Monitor with purpose! Conduct fidelity checks on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), ABA strategies, and staff expectations to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across the board.

Crisis Support Coach
Equip our frontline responders! Support paraprofessionals and Crisis Support Team members with real-time PCM coaching, professionalism cues, and confidence-boosting strategies.

Trauma-Sensitive Training Innovator
Partner with leadership to design powerful, trauma-informed training modules. Help staff approach student support with empathy, safety, and cultural responsiveness at the forefront.

BST Model Coordinator
Keep the engine running! Ensure fidelity to the BST process—explain, model, rehearse, give feedback. Build consistency across the academy with a system that sticks.

Attendance Point Tracker
Support accountability with accuracy! Manage and monitor the attendance point system for paras and teachers to promote consistency, early intervention, and strong staff culture.

Morning Huddle Facilitator
Kickstart the day with clarity and energy! Lead or support daily huddles that set the tone, align the team, address challenges, and inspire momentum.

Post-Incident Debrief Facilitator
Turn tough moments into teachable ones. Lead or organize meaningful debriefs that bring insight, reflection, and alignment with our school’s values after incidents.

Professionalism & Staff Growth Facilitator
Design and deliver high-impact professional development around core workplace skills—communication, emotional intelligence, attire, time management, and ethics. Shape a reflective, empowered, and professional staff culture.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

· Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.

· Engage in active supervision, kneeling, lifting, and physical redirection as needed.

To succeed in this role, candidates must be physically prepared to engage in an active, fast-paced school environment. Requirements include:

· Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and crouch for extended periods of time.

· Ability to respond quickly to crisis situations, including running short distances if needed.

· Capability to kneel, twist, reach, and assist students physically during behavioral escalations.

· Must be able to escort students safely, using trained intervention strategies as appropriate.

· Stamina and endurance to support students and staff in high-energy or emotionally intense situations.
