As a Transportation Engineer I, II, or III, you will play a key role in planning, designing, analyzing, and delivering transportation projects that improve safety, mobility, and connectivity for millions of travelers across Central Texas. Working alongside experienced engineers, planners, and construction professionals, you will contribute to innovative solutions that support highways, intersections, multimodal facilities, and infrastructure improvements that keep communities moving.  This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to grow within TxDOT and contribute to high‑impact projects!

Salary Plan/Grade:
Transportation Engineer I B24, ($65,104 - $106,634/yearly)

Transportation Engineer II B25, ($69,572 - $114,099/yearly)
Transportation Engineer III B26, ($76,530 - $129,430/yearly)
