Scheduling & Attendance Expectations
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical to supporting patient care and team operations
- Team members are expected to consistently meet their scheduled hours and support clinic coverage
- Open communication regarding schedule changes or needs is required
- Must be available to work 1-2 late evening shifts per week (ending at 7:00 PM)
- Must be available to work 1–2 Saturdays per month (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual - Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred but not required
