The CIWS Domestic Business/Project Manager is a direct report to CIWS Domestic Program Director.  The selected candidate is responsible for supporting the execution of domestic contracts, leveraging program management plans, processes, metrics and tools; working directly with the IPT leads to support MBR’s, PMR’s IPR’s, and other reviews as warranted.  The Domestic Business/Project Mgr. takes day-to-day direction from the Domestic Program Director to assist with managing the DMS program, contract closeout, and US Navy CDRL’s.  The Domestic Business/Project Mgr. works with program leadership to develop and document program strategies and plans, then monitors those plans to ensure successful completion.

What You Will Do:

• Execute contract close-out for all Domestic contracts
• Support of Domestic Submit and Start-Up Gates
• Submission of monthly CDRL’s
• Manage capital requirements for CIWS portfolio
• Coordinate MBR, PMR, IPR inputs and reviews

What You Will Learn:

• Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen
• SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables
• Raytheon RLPM Framework

Qualifications You Must Have:

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
• Prior Production Program/Project Management Experience
• Experience with EACs and proficiency with tools used for Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Raytheon Program Management certification, Level 6 or equivalent
• Department of Defense Industry or other relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of proposals
• Demonstrated understanding of Product Life Cycle Development
• Raytheon Earned Value Certification
• Experience in supply chain and related systems, MRP, and EAC development
• Experience with contract closeout and GFM management
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills necessary for interfacing with customers, suppliers, and team members with varying backgrounds and experience dealing with challenging situations
