The Opportunity:

CACI is the prime contractor for the US Air Force Taj Mahal program, an integration and transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates.  This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP SaaS solution, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of USAF legacy systems to a SaaS solution will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our USAF airmen and their families.

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud - Configuration / QA & DevOps Lead to support the Air Force’s Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM SaaS modernization effort.  Responsible for applying configuration and data management control disciplines to the design, development, and support of software, hardware, and other complex systems.  Develops, analyzes and maintains tools that support and automate processes for establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's or solution's performance, functional, and technical attributes and its requirements, design, and technical specifications throughout its lifecycle. Develops standards, processes, and controls supporting product/solution configuration, data management, and release activities. Provides guidance and status to software developers, engineering staff, quality assurance, and configuration/release teams related to process and tool design alternatives, solution lifecycle processes, and compliance with established procedures for configuration/data management.  Additionally, you will manage SaaS environments (DEV/TEST/PROD), coordinate with Oracle on service requests, and enforce configuration governance. You will also ensure every sprint deliverable meets inspection and acceptance criteria while maintaining compliance with FedRAMP, RMF, and STIG standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS environments, including refreshes, quarterly updates, and patch cycles.

Coordinate Oracle SRs via My Oracle Support (MOS) and oversee incident resolution.

Govern promotion of configurations using FSM and sandboxes; maintain migration traceability.

Validate data migrations (HDL/HSDL), reporting artifacts (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts), and BPM approval workflows.

Ensure RBAC roles, data masking, and audit logging meet compliance standards.

Provide compliance and quality evidence for ATO renewal and sprint acceptance.

Actively participate in PI Planning, sprint reviews, and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications:

Required:

BA/BS + 10 YRS

7+ years’ experience managing Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle EBS environments.

Strong knowledge of FSM, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and Security Console.

Experience with SaaS release governance, quarterly update validation, and regression planning.

Familiarity with DoD compliance frameworks (RMF, FedRAMP, STIG).

Desired:

Oracle HCM Cloud certification.

SAFe Agilist or SPC certification.

Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal HCM programs.
