Job Details:

Responsible for loading and unloading of trucks using forklift

Responsible for making sure trailer wheels are choked on EVERY trailer before loading/unloading

Responsible for making sure counts are correct and notify lead of any problems

Responsible for forklift inspections at the beginning and end of each shift and changing batteries as needed

Responsible for ensuring all packaging materials are provided to the production lines per customer specifications

May be required to drive a truck

Other duties as assigned by Management

PHYSICAL – Strong, must be able to lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds and sit on the forklift for long periods of time.

EDUCATION – Must be able to read, write and perform basic math calculations.

RATE OF WORK – moderately fast

QUALITY OF WORK – must be neat with work

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS – must be able to handle responsibility and have good communication skills and operate forklift without causing damage to product or equipment.

ENVIRONMENT – Must be able to work around breader dust and in a temperature of 50 degrees F or less.

Discretionary Positions: Applicant cannot have more than 5 attendance points at the time of job bid and no more than three write-up’s of any kind in the past twelve months.
