As Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will manage the consolidation of financial planning and reporting processes and strategic business development opportunities for ADC with a focus on balance sheet, capital investment and cashflow. This role and the team reporting to it will provide leadership oversight, coordination, and planning, to execute the financial planning processes and ensure timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of financial information. 

 

The main functions of this position include (1) the oversight and coordination of ADC’s balance sheet and cashflow financial planning activities including the compilation, analysis, and distribution of management review packages, (2) oversight of the preparation and analysis of capital projects, (3) being the liaison between ADC’s Division Headquarters, various ADC financial teams around the world, and Corporate Finance, and (4) support ADC’s business development projects/opportunities and coordinate with Corporate Licensing & Acquisitions to gain approvals and execute on these opportunities.
