Project Security Officer

NIKA is hiring for a Project Security Officer who will provide facilities operations support services for the Customs Border Protection (CBP) Arizona in Phoenix, AZ!

Responsibilities

• The Project Security Officer will oversee background check investigations
• Will be required to maintain a current list of personnel working on the CBP owned/leased properties
• Responsible for indicating BI adjudication/clearance status with expiration dates
• Performs a variety of administrative tasks such as:
  • maintaining record
  • scheduling appointments
  • conducting research
• Plays a key role in maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer and/or Background Investigation
• Must be able to attain and maintain a US Security Clearance
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment
